A Year of Meaningful Work, Shared Learning, and Gratitude

Dec 17, 2025
Connect

We have had a full and engaging year, supporting and collaborating with many people out there doing meaningful, important, courageous or often complex dialogue and change work in their communities, organizations and our world. We spent the year working with healthcare, education, indigenous organizations, child, family and community organizations, environmental organizations, unions, foundations and churches. We are inspired by the  many smart, creative and determined humans we have the privilege of working and learning with.

If you were able to join us for one of the learning programs, or brought us into your organization to support your good work, or connected for some coaching support - thank you for connecting with us. It was great to see you this year! And for everyone reading this - thank you for being out there doing the good work you are doing.

As we look to 2026, we will be offering our core programs again - with both in person and online options (see below.) And will continue to respond to invitations to collaborate or support good complexity work in house, so feel free to reach out to us if you would like to work together in 2026.

We hope for you some nourishing, restful time over the holidays and look forward to connecting in the New Year.

Check out Chris’s Blog: If you feel like some reading over the holidays.

My old friend Thomas Herrmann called the session and I’ve been reading the notes, which were posted publicly on the OSLIST.  There is so much insight here. What they have grappled with is a perennial question for large group process faci...
